Challenged to deliver complex pre-configuration of AXIS cameras & Connectix cable solutions & ancillaries for over 70 UK locations and deliver to the client in 3 staggered batches with each site’s product packed individually and separated to ensure seamless delivery of an important environmental project. The client required:

Key Project Deliverables
Manufacturer Price Support
ADI leveraged vendor relationships negotiate project price support for the client. 100% of the additional discount was passed directly to the customer creating savings of c.£50,000. We also extended the period of price support to ensure any risk of product price inflation.
Pre-Configuration Services
ADI pre-configured 296 cameras for 70 different site locations including every camera had the latest firmware installed, programming individual IP addresses, setting user names, passwords, user rights, re-packaging with associated brackets and labelling the packages to include Site ID and location, Camera name and IP address. A total of 2 manweeks in time was removed from the customers cost and 4 out of box failure were discovered and replaced ensuring ‘right first time’ delivery & installation.
Logistics
Each batch was labelled, palletised and shrink wrapped to ensure safe delivery to the customer’s premises. The deliveries were scheduled and planned across three short, staggered delivery windows. ADI achieved 100% on-time delivery.

The Project Support Team facilitated client consultation with customer and vendors to ascertain requirements. A key challenge arose as the customer was moving office and warehouse premises during delivery of the project and ADI maintained the client’s timings and helped maintain client reputation with the end user.
Thales UK
Thermal BTM Solution for National Rail Infrastructire Project (Network Rail)
Key Project Considerations
An urgent Body Thermal Temperature Monitoring System was required across the National Rail Network to help maintain critical infrastructure across the UK by protecting staff from the risk of COVID-19 and ensuring continuity of services. A Global Supplier was required by Thales to work with the nominated Technology Supplier Dahua, to supply and manage a large roll out of 120+ sites across the UK within a 1 month window.

Provide a dedicated cross disciplined Project Support team to manage the end-to-end process which included, Key Account Management, Product Management, Inventory Team, Technical Support, Pre-Build & Configuration Dept and Logistics Team. The team created clear and robust communication process to the Thales team to ensure requirements were captured and delivered first time.
ADI sourced job kit, deployed and managed supply of the dynamic critical project, with 1-weeks’ notice, across multiple vendors such as Dahua, Connectix and WBOX which included product evaluation, ensuring compliancy of specification.
Work with Dahua to manage custom software licences, install custom firmware, and custom product models. Negotiated additional savings and provided a single source supply chain that made significant efficiency gains.
