Key Project Deliverables
Manufacturer Price Support
ADI leveraged vendor relationships negotiate project price support for the client. 100% of the additional discount was passed directly to the customer creating savings of c.£50,000. We also extended the period of price support to ensure any risk of product price inflation.
ADI pre-configured 296 cameras for 70 different site locations including every camera had the latest firmware installed, programming individual IP addresses, setting user names, passwords, user rights, re-packaging with associated brackets and labelling the packages to include Site ID and location, Camera name and IP address. A total of 2 manweeks in time was removed from the customers cost and 4 out of box failure were discovered and replaced ensuring ‘right first time’ delivery & installation.
Each batch was labelled, palletised and shrink wrapped to ensure safe delivery to the customer’s premises. The deliveries were scheduled and planned across three short, staggered delivery windows. ADI achieved 100% on-time delivery.
The ADI Value Added Service
The Project Support Team facilitated client consultation with customer and vendors to ascertain requirements. A key challenge arose as the customer was moving office and warehouse premises during delivery of the project and ADI maintained the client’s timings and helped maintain client reputation with the end user.
"The communication from the ADI project support team was fantastic and meant we were able to provide all the information they needed to deliver the services we required. Ultimately, our profitability on this job increased due to the reduced installation time and we were able to deliver quickly and strengthen our relationship with the end users"
