In today's mobile-first world, many building occupants want to authenticate with their own device in hand via contactless technology, and HID Signo Express is ready and available. Support for Bluetooth Low Energy (Bluetooth LE) and Near-Field Communication (NFC) technologies allows for the use of HID Mobile Access. Additionally, an option is also available to read credentials with ISO14443 unique identification (UID) number for migration support. To simplify the ordering process, Wiegand output and terminal connection are standardized for this model. Once installed, HID Signo Express Readers are easy to upgrade and manage with Bluetooth LE capability onboard. They are fully compatible with HID Reader Manager to conveniently configure and upgrade firmware in the field.
