There is a QR code on the box and one in the Maintenance menu, which when scanned work like this. Delete the device from Hik-Connect and add following this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tBDD2I79K-U
Click 3 dots to the right of the device name. Now click 3 dots to right of ‘Start Live View’ and select ‘Delete’

In addition to receiving order and shipping notifications by email, you can check tracking for your orders within My Account. Go to Order History and click on an order number. If the order has shipped, you will see the Tracking Number button at the bottom of the page.
If the monitor has a BNC connection, then this will not work and it needs to be changed to a monitor with a VGA or HDMI connection.



If the monitor is VGA or HDMI then check what resolutions it supports match the resolution output of the NVR/DVR, which is usually 1080p.
Check the camera is powered, then check what types and resolutions of video the DVR supports, and that the camera is supported.
Not all ADI accounts will have access to every functionality or capability on the website. If you would like to change your level of access, please contact the representative at your company responsible for changing access capabilities.
This model it can only be zoomed when TVI video is selected.
The cameras will have the same password as the old NVR. Either give this NVR the same password or default the cameras and add them again.
Fit a HDD and then ‘initialise’ it. Once it can record the beeping will stop.
In the NVR menus go to ‘Camera Management’ then ‘Display Configuration’ where each camera can be named individually.
